David Wells Roth is an American fine artist and portraitist whose work is in public, private, and museum collections across Europe and the U.S. After earning his bachelor’s degree in painting from Boston University, he painted in New York before painting for 15 years in Europe. He was later commissioned to create all judicial portraits for the U.S. Federal Court of the District of Puerto Rico.
